Job Description

Order and delivery coordination: Daily order browsing; order consolidation; monitor import - export - inventory of goods to be proactive for sales; track orders, deliver goods on schedule, make accurate delivery records for each order;
Monitor sales calculation, brand policies.
Control and handle inventory with the Warehouse Department.
Receive all feedback from customers/agents by phone, check the information, send reports to superiors.
Ensure sales: Track the sales of each employee to motivate employees to follow the revenue schedule; manage and motivate customers on debt deadlines.
Manage and supervise the work plan of all sales staff.
Managing information systems, drafting documents and internal papers related to operations at the Sales Department.
Manage customer list; Coordinating and implementing agent dossiers.
Update sales figures, check the authenticity of sales reports of sales staff.
Monitor goods near the date to propose promotions
Control and handle arising situations of orders (return goods, defective goods, batch errors....)
Synthesize, analyze data and make sales reports by day, week, month, quarter, year.
Regularly update selling prices and customer data on the software and related forms.
Provide offer documents, track contracts, manage the implementation of promotions.
Monitor and urge the sales department to perform the assigned work according to the plan.
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
