JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare before guests arrive
– The Waiter is responsible for preparing the work area for restaurant operations.
– Set up dining table according to restaurant standards.
Perform service procedures
– Welcome guests from the Reception.
– Take orders, introduce and advise on food and drinks, and serve food and drinks ordered by customers.
– Ensure presence and readiness to meet guest needs throughout the meal.
– Make payment.

– Clean the area in charge.
Control and maintain working tools
– During their shift, the Waiter must make sure that the area they are in charge of is always fully stocked with eating utensils ready to serve customers: bowls, plates, spoons, chopsticks, glasses, etc.
– Ensure restaurant equipment: Tables, chairs, and other related equipment are always in good condition. If there are any problems or unusual signs such as chips or damage, report them immediately to superiors for resolution.
Coordinate with other departments and follow other requests from superiors
– Support Service staff in other areas to complete the job well when the restaurant has a large number of customers.
– Coordinate flexibly with other departments such as: Cashier, Accounting, Reception, Kitchen area, etc. to provide the best services to customers.
– Perform other tasks as directed by superiors
