Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Search, maintain and develop a network of customers interested in using products and services and potential partners.
Introduce, advise and persuade customers to buy and use the company's products and services.
Directly perform and urge the performance of transactions and contracts.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
Customer care after using products and services.
Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor activities and potential for product and service business development. Complete work progress assigned by superiors and monthly KPI targets.
