    Job Description

    • Arrange goods, supplies and raw materials in the warehouse: Scientifically arrange goods and materials and prepare reports in the warehouse
    • Ensure standards of goods in the warehouse: Arrange goods in the warehouse according to regulations, ensure appropriate storage procedures for each type of goods
    • Carry out import and export procedures for goods: Receive and check relevant invoices and documents when importing and exporting goods according to regulations
    • Record and monitor daily inventory of imported and exported goods and compare with minimum inventory norms
    • Inventory tracking: Monitor daily minimum inventory and ensure goods in the warehouse must have minimum inventory levels
    • Proposing to adjust minimum warehouse norms to suit fluctuations in the quantity of imported and exported goods
    • Sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers , resolving outstanding issues in the supply chain and transporting goods
    • Perform other tasks: During work, problems will arise, so the warehouse manager needs to come up with appropriate solutions.
