Job Description

Human resource data management

- Storing, organizing, updating, and managing personnel records and employment contracts.

- Monitor and manage personnel changes such as new employees, resignations, promotions, and transfers.

Setting and adjusting salary policies

- Participate in the development and adjustment of annual salary scales and tables.

- Update new legal regulations on salaries and bonuses to revise internal policies.

- Process salary increase requests, disciplinary decisions, and related documentation.

Perform payroll calculations and payments.

- Compile monthly attendance records, overtime data, and leave information.

- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and deductions such as taxes and insurance.

- Working with the bank to process salary payments.

Handling issues related to personal income tax.

-Compile a list of personnel subject to personal income tax.

-Instructions for registering tax identification numbers and claiming personal deductions for employees.

- Prepare and settle personal income tax reports periodically.

Insurance management and union benefits

- Update data and complete social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance records.

- Handle reports on increases and decreases in the workforce and process benefits such as sick leave and maternity leave.

- Ensure employees receive full union benefits and welfare entitlements.

Periodic performance evaluation

- Participate in developing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) system.

-Compile the evaluation results to use as a basis for bonuses and salary increases.

Monitoring labor relations

- Answering inquiries, receiving and handling complaints related to salary and benefits.

- Assisting in handling violations of company regulations, disputes, or labor discipline issues.

- Prepare periodic personnel reports

- Prepare reports related to personnel status, labor costs, piece-rate labor costs, reports on the effectiveness of compensation policies, statistics on employee turnover rates, and other reports…
