• Prepare, research and draft legal documents as assigned.
• Participate in consulting, dispute resolution, litigation, handling arising issues.
• Collect evidence for the litigation process, provide litigation files to the Court, the State or an arbitration organization. Representing the Company / Client in the negotiation process and for the litigation proceedings in Court / Arbitration, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company / Client.
• Work directly with law enforcement agencies in necessary cases. Research and update specialized legal regulations according to the requirements of the job. Regular and case-by-case legal advice for the Company / Client.
• Perform other tasks as directed by direct superiors.
