Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position requires the ability to manage and lead a sales team, develop business plans, allocate targets, provide sales training, and acquire new customers while maintaining existing ones.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and lead a sales team (3 or more people).
Develop a business plan on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Allocation and Team Performance Tracking
Training in sales skills and customer service.
Develop new customers and retain existing customers.
Report sales and business performance to the Board of Directors.
Collaborate with Marketing to implement sales campaigns.
Age range: 30-45 years old

REQUEST:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, 1 year in a team management position.
Possesses skills in training, motivating, and monitoring KPIs.
Good planning and data analysis skills.
Able to withstand sales pressure
Honest, careful, proactive, and highly responsible.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Education sector.
