• Implement and check drawings of MEP construction items accurately and completely;
• Separate the construction volume of MEP items in detail to ensure that they meet the required technical parameters. Control, compare, and confirm the construction volume of the items directly supervised, optimizing costs within the allowed budget;
• Calculate and estimate construction volume, materials and equipment, and possible additional costs;
• Plan, survey, implement, manage, assess risks and directly supervise the construction of assigned works on site according to approved drawings to ensure safety, quality and project progress;
• Coordinate work and acceptance with subcontractors, supervision consultants, investors, project management boards and resolve issues arising at the construction site when necessary;
• Regularly and continuously supervise the cleaning of the construction site, ensure that materials and equipment are neat and tidy, and preserve construction assets in the correct quantity and quality as required;
• Implement, control and store all records, forms and documents as required by the project accurately and completely: types of drawings, material requirements, information requirements, acceptance minutes,...
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
