- Prepare, check and save internal accounting vouchers.
- Control and track the company's output costs.
- Check the legitimacy of invoices, input and output documents as VAT declarations.
- Gathering acceptance documents from related departments.
- Making internal revenue and expenditure reports and related jobs to the accounting department.
- Compare data from detailed books: Tax report, cash book, inventory, revenue, advance, prepaid,... with data on Misa software.
- For applicants who do not have. Work experience will be trained in estimating prices, finding and checking prices of suitable suppliers for each program.
- Support the administrative tasks of the Accounting Department.
- Other jobs as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female: age from
- Graduated from Cao Dang or Vocational College majoring in Finance/Accounting.
- Proficient in Excel, Words, advantage if the candidate knows how to use Misa accounting software.
- Priority will be given to those who have just graduated from accounting major, will be trained.
- Requirements: careful, detailed, with a high sense of responsibility at work.
