Job Description

Prepare sales invoices and value added tax (VAT) invoices in accordance with regulations.
Check the accuracy and validity of the information on the invoice before issuing.
Track and compare issued invoices with collected invoices and paid invoices.
Store invoices and related documents according to regulations.
Periodic VAT declaration.
Explain issues related to invoices and VAT when requested.
Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

Candidate requirements

University graduate majoring in Accounting, Auditing or Economics.
1 year of experience working in the field of sales accounting.
Understanding of Accounting Law, Tax Law and regulations related to sales activities.
Have knowledge of using accounting software (HTKK, Misa, SAP...).
Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Highly responsible, careful and meticulous.
