1) Job Description
- Improve accounting operations, document procedures for distribution orders.
- Monitor, report, compare and urge receivables to customers, management and related departments.
- Monitor and update promotions and accounting programs, provide vouchers and operations on price compensation, discount, clearing, bonus... promotions, remuneration of suppliers and customers .
- Perform K+ . order planning check
- Other CVs are assigned, support in the department, sales admin, warehouse, ...
- Support to guide students to practice when available.
- Other arising tasks when required by the department head.
- Other jobs discussed during interview.
2) Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- University, College majoring in accounting with 1 year or more experience.
- Having accounting professional capacity, having the ability to flexibly capture and handle work.
- Know how to organize, arrange and plan to complete assigned tasks.
- Agile, careful, honest and work under pressure, good communication, teamwork.
- Proficient in using Word; excel; powerpoint and misa software.
