- Manage and control work items to be done properly: supervise import and export goods, manage inventory, arrange goods in the warehouse on a daily basis.
- Management of people, employee attendance rate. Manage and arrange work for warehouse workers and ensure good warehouse operations on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the inventory management department to ensure effective inventory control through daily operations.
- Develop and update working process (SOP) work instructions (WI) for workers to perform daily.
- Training and implementing professional work procedures and instructions.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders. Ensure transparent information, promptly respond to customer complaints and grievances.
- Leading and motivating employees during the shift, promoting the highest possible labor productivity.
- Report work progress to superiors, report incidents occurring during the operation in a timely and accurate manner.
