Job Description

- Job details:

Lead the store to achieve its business goals.
Supervise the entire staff in implementing the Quality Standards System .
Budget control, inventory, POSM, equipment, expenses & P&L
Schedule work shifts
Develop, train, and recruit store staff.
Observe, guide, and ensure that employees follow the correct procedures.

- Job requirements:

Good-looking appearance, no visible tattoos.
Good health, agile, and enjoys serving customers.
Teamwork skills, team management, problem-solving, and time management.
Understanding food safety and hygiene, process controls, P&L, and FSC.
