Job description
- Contact customers from customer data provided by the Company.
- Consulting on products, quotes, closing orders.
- Customer care, maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Receive and respond quickly and promptly to incoming calls, inboxes, and customer comments.
- Support for order processing
- Support some other tasks as assigned by department management
- Work entirely in an air-conditioned office, no need to search for data, no going to the market
- Report work to superiors.

- Gender: FEMALE
- Age: years old
- Clear, easy-to-listen voice, no stuttering, no local accent
- Patient, hard-working, able to withstand pressure at work
- Know office information technology

Working time:
There are 02 working shifts, rotating shifts/changing shifts once a week
- Shift 1: 8:30 a.m. (lunch break 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
- Shift 2: 12:30 p.m. (break between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.)
