- Doing accounting work, statistics according to the Law on Accounting, the Charter of the Company, the Ordinance on Accounting and Statistics.
- Assign tasks, allocate work and projects to subordinates, supervise and urge them to fulfill their roles well.
- Manage capital, assets and economic resources of the company according to regulations.
- Prepare financial plan in line with production plan, investment plan.
- Develop periodic plans on operating costs, product costs, maintenance costs,... other financial plans.
- Prepare financial reports and statistics in accordance with regulations.
- Store and preserve books and vouchers, keep confidential financial and accounting data. Identify and promptly reflect the results of the enterprise's inventory of assets.
- Make detailed estimates, check revenue and expenditure, monitor and analyze accounting data, prepare financial statements and related reports.
- Formulate and implement accounting plans, methods, policies and principles in accordance with the operation situation of enterprises and regulations of the State.

- At least 5 years of experience in the position of Head of Accounting Department or equivalent position.
- Proficient in office computer, Microsoft, Excel, accounting software
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Capable of manipulating large amounts of data, having extensive accounting knowledge, understanding accounting laws, regulations and standards.

- Ability to manage, direct and supervise
