    JOB DETAILS
    Track tuition, cash, transfers
    • Collect invoices and tax related documents
    • Invoice when parents transfer money
    • Track input and output invoices
    • Salary cost accounting
    • Conduct monthly tax audits, transfers and declarations
    • Prepare summary reports related to the accounting department
    • Bookkeeping, income and expenditure
    • Tax work
    • - Receive, check and compare data from reports of branches.
    • - Establish, calculate and adjust the cost of student meals.
    • - Monitor, compare and report customer and supplier debts.
    • - Cash flow planning
    • - Fixed asset management. Inventory of assets, goods, periodically and storage
    • accounting system documents
    • - Carry out banking transactions
    • Quarterly tax report
    • Final settlement of corporate income tax and personal income tax at the end of the year
    • Perform other tasks as required by direct manager and department head.
