Job Description

Contribute value to the Company's overall goals.
Research and analysis of consumer trends in the US and European markets
Create unique ideas for Print on demand (POD) products such as shirts, mugs, rugs,...
Work closely with the design department to bring ideas to life
Propose and develop potential new products
Track and analyze the effectiveness of implemented ideas
Stay up to date on American culture, fashion trends and consumer preferences
Participate in brainstorming and concept development for marketing campaigns
Perform other tasks as directed by Leader
Request:
Have experience in Idea POD for 6 months or more
High creativity and innovative thinking
Good analytical and information synthesis skills
Independent thinking and effective teamwork ability
Passionate and deeply knowledgeable about American and European culture and fashion
Fluent in English
Knowing how to use Photoshop, Illustrator is an advantage
