    Job Description

    • Looking for customers with demand for design consultancy and construction of houses, civil and industrial works, interior and exterior decoration
    • Making annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly business plan; Organize and deploy business plans for each specific period, to each employee by week, by month.
    • Building sales team; organize, manage and administer all activities of the Sales Department; Job orientation, market segmentation, job assignment, support, training, urging, and supervision of employees' work to accomplish sales goals
    • Building business process, customer care process, commission policy for sales department; customer care cost frame
    • Proposing PR and Marketing solutions to promote business activities.
    • Participating in negotiations, negotiations, signing contracts with customers
    • Collaborate with personnel in relevant departments to draft quotations and materials
    • Manage, develop, and take care of customers to maintain customer acquisition needs; Resolve customer complaints about the Company's service quality.
    • Connect with Customers and project team to ensure the progress and quality of the project
    • Debt recovery: monitoring and urging the department's debt collection
    • Responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors on the operation and efficiency of the sales department.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
