JOB DETAILS: Build, develop, and operate all business activities in the Modern Trade channel — including supermarket chains, pharmacy chains, beauty chains, and modern retail chains in Hanoi. Ensure revenue growth in the Modern Trade channel meets targets, product coverage expands, and the sales team operates effectively.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Business planning: Develop revenue, market coverage, and product portfolio plans for the Modern Trade (MT) channel on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Developing the Modern Trade (MT) channel: Searching for, negotiating with, and opening new sales points in supermarkets, pharmacy chains, and beauty salon chains.
- Revenue management: Track sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and channel turnover.
- Trade marketing: Planning displays, promotions, and activations at the point of sale.
- Partnerships: Maintaining and developing relationships with buyers and category managers across supply chains.
- Team Management: Recruiting, assigning tasks, training, and monitoring KPIs for the Modern Trade (MT) Sales team.
- Reporting & Analysis: Revenue reports, portfolio optimization recommendations, pricing, and trade terms.
REQUEST:- Education level: University degree or higher – Economics, Business Administration, Marketing
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sales; 2 years managing the Modern Trade (MT) channel in the FMCG/cosmetics industry.
- Team Management: Has led sales teams of 3 or more people.
- Expertise: Understanding MT structure, trade terms, sell-in/sell-out, and category management.
- Skills: Negotiation, planning, sales data analysis, team management
- Attitude: Proactive, results-oriented, able to handle sales pressure, growth mindset.
- Priority: Having existing relationships with Long Chau, Pharmacity, Guardian, Hasaki, WinMart, AEON
