Assume responsibility for monitoring and accurately recording activities related to goods imported and exported from the warehouse.
Monitor the import and export process, count quantity and control quality of goods to ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle transactions related to documents when goods enter or leave the warehouse, by creating documents and carefully recording information on the system.
Regularly conduct inventory to monitor inventory levels and, based on that, propose appropriate inventory management plans for the business.
Consolidate warehouse status reports to superiors at the end of each given period.
Handle expenses, taxes and ensure legal documentation is in order as required.
