JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consulting, designing optimal insurance solutions according to customers' needs.
- Support and take care of customers wholeheartedly before, during and after the contract performance.
- Support events held at the office for customers.
- Building a personal image in parallel with the company's brand image, giving customers the most advanced experience.
REMUNERATION POLICY
- Basic salary: 8/11/14 million without commission
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales bonuses and many other bonuses
- Working in a high-class, modern, professional million dollar office at VinCom Dong Khoi, District 1
- Professional training program guided by senior managers and intensive courses from Premier Academy
- 3-week training, additional 3 million
- Outing trip all year round
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Age:
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Graduated from College, University, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Insurance is an advantage. However, other majors are still welcome (because they will be trained properly).
- Approval for promotion every 6 months
- Build a career out of pride in protecting customers.
- Support to close the contract until proficient
- Regular training in soft skills: presentation skills, planning skills, negotiation skills... organized by the company.
