JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the restaurant, including reception, service, kitchen, bartending, and cashiering, ensuring service quality and customer experience according to Hue Style standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage all restaurant operations: reception, service, kitchen, bartending, cashier.
- Arrange work shifts, assign personnel, and ensure that there are enough people, in the right positions, for the right jobs.
- Control the quality of food, beverages, and customer experience according to Hue Style standards.
- Training new employees, providing guidance on service etiquette, work procedures, and brand culture.
- Supervise the food preparation process, serving times, and handle any incidents that arise during the shift.
- Control raw material inventory, coordinate with the kitchen to place orders, and avoid shortages or surpluses.
- Monitor daily/shift revenue and provide regular reports to the restaurant owner.
- Receive customer feedback, handle complaints, and suggest service improvements.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing programs, welcoming of tour groups, and tour operations.
- Ensure the restaurant's interior is always clean, tidy, and consistent with the brand's concept.
REQUEST:- Minimum 1 year of experience in a management/supervisory position in a restaurant, eatery, or cafe.
- Possesses strong team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity for flexible problem-solving.
- Understand the basic F&B operational process (personnel, customers, goods, revenue).
- Able to withstand work pressure, proactive, responsible, and possessing an ownership mindset.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Vietnamese restaurants/serving tourists.
- A love for Hue culture and a refined approach to service are significant advantages.
