- Responsible for coordinating recruitment, assigning targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff to ensure the set business plan is achieved.
- Do morning meetings when assigned, ensuring criteria set by the office.
- Customer care and after-sales services.
- Support customers to complete documents if an insurance event occurs.
- Develop customer relationships and new customer channels.
