JOB DETAILS:
Market research: Monitor design trends, niches (customer segments), seasonal trends, and purchasing behavior. Competitor analysis: Identify best-selling products, popular design styles, and market price points.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market research: Monitoring design trends, niches (customer segments), holiday seasons, and shopping behavior.
- Competitor analysis: See which products are selling well, which design styles are popular, and what the market price range is.
- Design concept proposal: Develop print concepts for t-shirts, mugs, posters, and tote bags to suit different customer segments.
- Product testing: Upload test products, track clicks and conversions, and select potential models for scaling.
- Collaborate with the Design & Marketing team: Brief on design, make revisions based on feedback, and optimize titles/keywords to increase visibility.
- Optimize the product portfolio: Eliminate underperforming models and duplicate successful models.
REQUEST:
- Possesses a market research mindset and is sensitive to trends and international customer behavior (US, EU).
- The ability to search for and analyze best-selling products and identify potential niches.
- Knowing how to come up with product design/concept ideas that suit different customer segments.
- Be proficient in using trend-finding or research tools.
