    Job Description

    • Participate in the development, implementation and control of the system of processes, standards, guidelines, regulations... of the quality assurance department in compliance with GMP-Who regulations. Ensure processes are reviewed periodically.
    • Coordinating with departments to build, implement sanitary procedures, production, SOPs related to quality system.
    • Participate in the appraisal, self-inspection and inspection activities of the factory.
    • Handling complaints, product recalls.
    • Implement training programs and plans, train officers and employees of the factory.
    • Carry out registration for circulation of new products.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
