- Load/unload containers for customers:
- Follow the correct working procedures.
- When receiving the command from the dispatcher, proceed to enter the Yardplan to lift/lower the container. Correct flight, correct hump, correct shipping line, type, and size of container according to regulations.
- Lifting/lowering repair containers:
- Receive orders from dispatcher to lower damaged container from designated flight.
- Together with MNR management staff, move the damaged container to MNR location and enter the unloading location on Yardplan.
- After the container has been repaired, return the container to the bay according to regulations and enter the correct position on the Yardplan.
- PTI Container Lifting/Lowering:
+ Receive orders from dispatchers and yard managers about PTI container list
+ Proceed to import Yardplan and move container from the plant to the PTI area
+ After PTI is completed, bring the container to the dock to wait for delivery and enter Yardplan.
- Reasonable container transfer to ensure optimal container lifting and lowering operations.
- Report at the end of the shift to the Head/Deputy Head of the Mechanical Loading and Unloading Department, report to CMS, and perform shift handover when working: When receiving the vehicle handover, the DO oil index must be checked, the working position must be checked according to the specified area, and the person handing over and the person receiving the handover must confirm in the forklift logbook.
- Perform vehicle inspection before operation:
- Pre-operation check: check fuel, engine oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, rims, plugs, tire pressure, tire wear, mirrors, rearview mirrors, camera
- Check no-load operation: Start the vehicle, check the safety system (lights, signal lights, horn, rearview mirror, hump, silver, container contact pin, electric wire, hydraulic pipe, lifting chain, transmission cylinder, brake system (handbrake, footbrake, brake function), gear system, accelerator pedal, accelerator cable, starter
- Ensure full data entry of lifting, lowering, and moving containers onto the yardplan.
- Monitor the amount of DO oil at the beginning and end of each shift, ensure that the container is lifted and lowered according to the specified DO level. Ensure against waste during the handling process.
- Maintain and preserve the equipment and devices that are arranged with the forklift such as tablets and cameras. Report and make recommendations when there are related issues.
- Forklift maintenance and care.
- Monitor oil levels and recommend oil refills and forklift maintenance.
- Prepare repair requests, describing any damage that may occur during forklift operation.
- Accept repaired items and check vehicle condition before putting into use.
- Perform technical days correctly and fully every Sunday.
- Comply with regulations on Labor Safety, 5S, Fire Prevention and Fighting to ensure safety during forklift operation.
- Coordinate with departments and divisions to do related work.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
