- Process orders, enter orders, manage agent and partner profiles Modero- Draft, update and edit as well as manage business documents- Process Modero orders- Receive and resolve customer feedback related to business activities- Advise and convince customers on issues related to contracts, procedural documents related to contracts- Receive and answer questions within the limits of technology, products, business policies according to customer requirements- Maintain close relationships, monitor and urge customers to pay debts.- Understand and classify customers to propose cooperation policies for each level of agent and partner.- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
