- Receive and perform transactions for customers at the store/branch - Appraise assets and notify customers of loans - Consult and sell services to customers at the store/branch - Perform debt reminder calls, fee reports to customers at the store, other customer care tasks as requested by the department/unit. - Manage customer service contracts: Check contracts, documents and update complete and accurate customer information on the system. - Carry out procedures for conversion, change of ownership, and contract liquidation as requested by customers. - Collect fees from customers who come to pay at the transaction counter and from toll collectors working at the store/branch. - Manage and support the toll collector team to ensure that payment targets are met as required by the department. - Update the daily collections on the management system and deposit security deposits fully and accurately. - Resolve customer complaints and questions. - Take care of customers using the Company's services.
