Plan maintenance and repair of all office machines/equipment throughout the Company.
Manage WAN and LAN systems at the Company and its affiliated units.
Manage security camera system at the Company and its affiliated units, and surveillance cameras on trucks and containers carrying the Company's goods.
Manage internal website system and internet resources.
Install, hand over and put into use machines/equipment when requested by units and approved by the Department Head or Board of Directors.
Prepare equipment history for new equipment and update fully according to Company regulations.
Make a list of assets and regularly update it with new assets.
Troubleshoot office machines, ensure machines are always in the best working condition.
Responsible for the Company's fire prevention and fighting work (keeping fire prevention and fighting records, checking and reviewing fire prevention and fighting equipment to ensure compliance with fire prevention and fighting safety technical procedures, organizing internal fire prevention and fighting drills...).
Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head.
College degree or higher in Information Technology
Be in good health
