- Provide computers and install necessary specialized software for employees (MS Office, Email, Autocad ...).
- Create a list to monitor the operating status of IT equipment to serve the work of transferring and upgrading equipment.
- Support and guide users to handle software and hardware related issues.
- Operate and troubleshoot problems related to cameras, printers, projectors, telephone switchboards and other popular IT devices.
- Check, quote, compare and propose optimal solutions to upgrade the company's IT equipment.
- Receive requests and questions from employees, forward to higher levels if unable to resolve.
- Advise the company on new solutions and technologies related to the digitalization field to create a better environment for employees.

- Understand and proficiently use MS Windows 10, 11, MS OFFICE operating systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), basic devices such as PANASONIC projectors, RICOH, TOSHIBA printers, HIKVISION cameras, RONALD JACK timekeeping machines, DESKTOP disassembly and assembly (replace RAM, CPU, Mainboard), online meeting platforms such as GOOGLE MEETING, MS TEAM, CISCO WEBEX,
- Have knowledge of WORDPRESS website platform, cloud, virtualization, HRM management software, Accounting (MISA, FAST)
- Ready to fix problems at the company's branches and offices in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Able to go on business trips out of town when needed (not often).
- Have relative knowledge of mobile devices (Android, IOS).
- It is an advantage if you are good at using LINUX and MAC OS operating systems, have worked as a Helpdesk for 2 years or more, have completed CCNA, MCSA courses, have installed and used basic software related to the design and construction field (AUTOCAD, REVIT, 3D MAX, PHOTOSHOP, AI...)
