Job Description

Job Description

Install, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN systems and network devices (switches, routers, firewalls,...) and domain controller, website, email services.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems based on Microsoft operating systems
Monitor and enhance the security of network devices and operating systems.
Responsible for installation and maintenance of information technology equipment/office equipment (PC, Laptop, Printer, Camera, Projector, Telephone...)
Install, guide and support users in using office software and applications such as MS, online meeting applications and other basic applications;
Identify, summarize and contact suppliers to handle errors arising during use;
Propose and develop administrative operating procedures and user manuals;
Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head.

Candidate requirements

University graduate majoring in IT or related
From 5 years of experience in IT Office, IT Support, IT Helpdesk
Priority is given to candidates with English/Chinese communication skills.
