Identify, diagnose and resolve problems with user requests (PC, phone, email, internet, printer, projector...)
Ensure and maintain information technology systems at the Office.
Plan and recommend to ensure wifi at events operates smoothly and stably
Know how to use LED display software like Vmix.
IT equipment management: installation/recall/transfer of equipment to employees and asset inventory.
Participate in management and technical support for the company's website system.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve IT related issues.
Report and perform other duties as directed by management.
Candidate requirements
Male aged 25 years old with good health.
At least 1 year of experience; knowledge of network, computer, hardware, software administration
College degree in Information Technology or higher.
Experience in HelpDesk position is an advantage.
Willing to go on business trips to the province
Dynamic, hard-working, honest, able to withstand work pressure

Fixed salary: From 10,000,000 - 13,000,000 or negotiable according to ability.
