JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Participating in legal proceedings, representing outside the proceedings.
• Participating in defense for the accused and defendants; protection for victims in criminal cases.
• Participating in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of litigants in civil cases (plaintiffs, defendants, persons with related interests and obligations).
• Perform work as required and assigned by the Company's Director.
• Job details will be discussed during the interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Have a Lawyer card.
• Withstand work pressure, go on a long business trip.
• Priority to have transportation.
• Proficient in Office Informatics and have skills in drafting documents related to the field of law.
• Highly disciplined and proactive at work; Professional and polite demeanor.
• Honesty, internal solidarity; Respecting the Company's rules and the law on law practice; Follow the direction of the Company's Director.
WORKING TIME
• From Monday to Friday every week.
