1. Job objectives
Responsible for implementing, supervising and technically managing assigned construction items, ensuring construction is in accordance with design, progress, quality and labor safety.
- Construction technical management
+ Read, understand and implement design drawings and technical documents.
+ Supervise and check construction quality at site.
+ Coordinate with contractors, teams and related departments to ensure progress.
- Progress & quality management
+ Establish and monitor detailed construction plans.
+ Report daily/weekly progress to management.
+ Control the use of construction materials and equipment.
- Labor safety & environment
+ Monitor compliance with regulations on labor safety and environmental hygiene.
+ Handle or report any incidents promptly.
- Documents & acceptance
+ Prepare acceptance report for each phase.
+ Prepare completion documents and payment settlement documents.
- Other jobs
+ Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
+ Ready to go on emergency projects when required.
