Direct and supervise construction projects safely and on schedule.
- Survey the construction area, analyze drawings, reports, maps,... before starting construction.
- Study the feasibility of design drawings and related operations, ensuring the best compliance with technical standards.
- Assess potential risks related to materials and project costs.
- Consulting and solving problems or errors arising during construction.
- Supervise and guide construction staff according to technical requirements and progress.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare construction status reports for project management.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment needed for construction.
- Work with stakeholders to update progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Calculate and control construction volume of directly supervised items.
- Coordinate with investor supervision in accepting construction work.
- Comply with industry regulations and guidelines on licenses, technical documents and other construction documents.
