    Job Description

    • Calculate and separate construction volume of project items according to design drawings, construction method drawings and approved Shop Drawings based on the company's and project's issued forms.
    • Manage the volume of items arising during project implementation, prepare estimates and contract appendices for arising items.
    • Establish and maintain legal records, quality management records and project completion records.
    • Check payment and settlement requests of subcontractors, construction teams and suppliers of materials and equipment;
    • Prepare payment and settlement records with the Investor according to the acceptance, payment and settlement stages.
    • Synthesize and report cumulative volume and payment value of materials and equipment imported to the construction site by subcontractors and material suppliers.
    • Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
    • Graduated from University majoring in Construction Economics/Construction Engineering
    • Have experience in the Construction field for 02 years or more or new graduates with good/excellent achievements;
    • Understanding of construction contractors' capacity, familiarity with construction materials, market prices, suppliers, and norms.
    • Ability to negotiate, understand contractor's work, and develop economic plans.
    • Priority is given to candidates who know English;
    • Proficient in office software and specialized software (AutoCad, Ms project...);
    • Have a sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and withstand high pressure;
    • Ability to coordinate work well and accept business trips.
