    Job Description

    WORK CONTENT:
    • Responsible for managing the main server system:
    • Manage and troubleshoot network and office computer systems;
    • Manage and assign work to staff in the department
    • Voice System Management; Company email system;
    • Build and manage infrastructure systems and IT networks for the company and its member units.
    • Propose and participate in software and IT development projects for units and departments
    • Solve daily problems and problems that arise with servers, PCs, and networks
    • Direct and participate in work related to system administration:
    • System installation & management (LAN, server, client, Internet, fax, printer, scanner, etc.)
    • Statistics and database of IT equipment/PCs/Laptops in the TCT office
    • Develop and implement information technology plans for the entire system (Factories, branches, member companies...);
    • Research and advise the Company's Board of Directors on information technology applications in work to increase labor productivity;
    • Manage and preserve equipment
    • Install software systems (operating system, application software...) for servers & clients
    • Ensure security mode, avoid viruses
