Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Implement customer development programs in Pawn segment , develop store outstanding balance.
Support customers in the service of Inspection, Purchasing of diamonds, branded handbags .
Steps to complete a mortgage transaction for a customer : Welcoming guests -> Receiving products for inspection ( with support tools ) -> Product pricing -> Consulting, persuasion -> Support in making contracts -> Support customers to pay interest, redeem, take care of customers...
Carry out transactions with customers at the main Transaction office and neighboring transaction points

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Working in rotating shifts daily, OFF 01 day per week.
Age: from 20 to 32, good looking.
Education: Preference will be given to candidates who have just graduated from college or university majoring in economics, business administration…. Use basic office computer, have sales experience.
Ability to find customers and fulfill 80% of KPI
Love working in customer service.
Possess good communication, consulting, care and persuasion skills.
