Recruiting Auctioneers
1. REQUEST
- Training qualification: Having a practicing certificate of auctioneer;
- At least 1 year of experience in organizing and leading sessions.
- Proficient in word, excel, applications, office informatics;
- Positive, proactive, hardworking, careful, honest, agile, responsible and long-term orientation to the auction profession;
- Willing to go on a business trip when there is a maneuver;
- Good communication skills and harmonious behavior;
- Good-looking, friendly appearance;
- Knowing how to drive a car is an advantage.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drafting auction documents, learning about related payment and tax operations in the field of auction;
- Organizing and administering asset auctions;
- Working with customer partners related to auction operations;
- Conduct property survey; appraise dossiers and papers related to auctioned assets;
- Advising on issues related to auction operations for the Board of Directors;
- Actively guide and supervise secretaries and support departments when working;
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
3. TIME, LOCATION OF WORKING
- Working time: Monday to Saturday (Can be changed according to work requirements to ensure working time 44 hours/week)
- Working location: at the headquarters of the Company, branches or according to the work requirements from the company.
