1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Legal advice related to business operations in the fields of manufacturing, healthcare, etc. (regularly or on a case-by-case basis);
- Consulting and implementing procedures related to business and investment for customers;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents for clients;
-Work with competent state agencies to process documents and legal procedures for customers;
- Carry out procedures related to buying, selling, merging, and consular legalization for businesses;
-Research case files as directed by the Board of Directors;
- Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors (details will be discussed during the interview).
2.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from a regular university majoring in law;
- Experience working in a similar position in the field of consulting, performing business and investment procedures for 02 (two) years or more;
-Proficient in word processing skills;
-Good communication skills;
- Have good professional knowledge and legal thinking;
- Have clear work goals; able to withstand work pressure, positive attitude, responsible, honest;
-Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
