- Advise leaders on investment legal administrative procedures, planning work, organize investment promotion activities, grant, change, adjust, and revoke investment certificates for urban real estate projects, industrial parks, invest in construction and business of urban and industrial park infrastructure.
- Direct contact with ministries, departments and localities during project development.
- Draft, review and participate in negotiating related contracts with partners/investors; coordinate the implementation of cooperation/investment projects with investors;

- Support departments in drafting and editing documents, records, and contracts in accordance with Vietnamese law; Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company;
- Regularly research and update information and newly issued documents affecting the Company to advise and guide units when requested;
- Manage the Company's legal documents and records according to regulations;
- Other tasks as required by the Director.
