JOB DUTIES
Receive and check the quality of raw materials: Fresh food - vegetables - fruits

Ensure sufficient quantity of raw materials to serve customers during working shift.
Ensure food is prepared in accordance with health and food safety regulations.
Monitor, check and maintain tools, freezers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves... and daily used tools in the work area.
Add ice cubes to fresh food storage container when needed
Clean all bar equipment and ensure bar area is clean.
Check and ensure that specialized equipment is working properly.

Peel fruit, trim decorations, prepare dishes to always be fresh when served.
