    RECRUITMENT FOR CHIEF CHEF – WORK OPPORTUNITY AT VINHOMES GRAND PARK

    Great opportunity for talented chefs! Join our team in the largest urban area of Thu Duc City and bring delicious dishes to the crowded community here.

    Position: Main Chef, Assistant Chef

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for preparing dishes according to the restaurant/bar menu.
    • Manage and control the quality of ingredients and dishes.
    • Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene.
    • Support management and assignment of work to other kitchen staff.
    • Prepare the necessary ingredients and tools for the processing.
    • Assist the main chef in cooking and presenting dishes.
    • Perform food preparation tasks (washing, cutting, marinating...).
    • Clean kitchen area and ensure food safety standards.
    • Store and arrange kitchen materials and equipment neatly and tidily.

    Request:
    Have experience as a main chef (priority given to those who have worked in large restaurants/eateries).
    Understand food safety standards.
    Good time management and teamwork skills.
    Passionate about cooking, creative and highly responsible.
