- In charge of posting job vacancies, contacting and arranging for candidates
- Arrange seating, machines for employees, manage employee information
- In charge of paying bills, making payment requests
- Prepare to book tickets, rooms for travel and business
- Manage and contact suppliers in the repair, maintenance, procurement of equipment, tools, tools and assets for the Company.
- Management of company office equipment
