Air House's is recruiting a Consultant (TVV) to advise on room rental in Ho Chi Minh City
Form of salary receipt: commission received according to the deal, when the consulting TVV's client decides to rent a room, it is counted as 1 deal (for 1 deal, the average commission is from 500k to 4 million depending on the room value, the transparent commission level will be calculated by TVV). can be calculated automatically in the room source group)
How to work: A Consultant's job includes 3 tasks:
+ "Post information" about rental rooms on Facebook room rental groups, inbox customers directly, comment under the post... (or maybe on news posting websites (chotot, batdongsan.com, mogi, phongtro123, if possible). have experience).
+ "Provide room information" such as price, area, address, interior condition... for interested customers.
+ "Appoint customers to see the room" TVV members will be instructed in the skills of making appointments for customers to see the room. After making an appointment for the customer to see the room, Air House's (AH) will have a SALE team to take the customer to see the room directly. This means that the TVV does not need to lead customers, just consult customers online, there is no time limit so you can work anywhere (It's not a scam).
Process of a successful deal:
- TVV posts rooms for rent on Facebook groups
- Customers who find this post suitable for their needs should contact their inbox or comment below TVV's post
- TVV proactively exploits guest information and sends rooms according to guests' needs
- When customers see that the information meets the criteria, the TVV or customer will proactively want to see it
- TVV makes appointments with customers and sends information to AH
- AH will have a Sales team to receive appointments and automatically contact customers to take them to see the room
- After the customer finishes viewing the room for 1-2 hours, Sales will inform AH about whether the customer agrees to rent. If you agree, contract information will be sent to TVV. If not, you will notify TVV and send additional TVV to other suitable departments.
