- Welcome students at the admissions office. Receive calls from students.
- Find out the curriculum needs of students.
- Answer questions via phone, email, social networks, etc. Search and attract students through information channels and social networks.
- Join groups with potential and high interaction on social networks to increase the number of students.
- Run some small marketing campaigns to bring the center's image to students, thereby marketing the service to students and encouraging students to participate.
- Introduce information about the course: curriculum, tuition, discount programs, timetable,...
- Monitor and summarize the learning results of students over a period of time (weekly, monthly, yearly). This helps the center evaluate the quality of its training, monitor the learning process of students, and finally send recommendations to the academic department to plan to improve the learning situation of students. The results of the students' learning process will be notified by the admissions consulting department and, if necessary, sent to parents so that they can record the training quality of the center.
- Collect tuition and student records.
- Keep and manage student records for each class and training program.
- Enter student data into the class list (or registration list).
- Add students to class groups for easy tracking and management.
- Participate in class observation and actively monitor students' learning.
- Answer students' questions about their education and training programs throughout the course.
- Proactively inquire about students' ability to adapt and receive training programs.
- Remind students about timetables and exam schedules.
- Provide additional information about the course, other courses, or additional information about older courses if needed.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships between students and connect with potential student networks
- Desk work related to drafting, printing documents and texts such as:
+ Receive emails related to student records.
+ Contact teachers, lecturers and parents (if necessary).
+ Organize and arrange the classroom.
+ Check and support exams at the center.
+ Support organizing events and extracurricular training sessions.
+ Track and manage office supplies.
+ Attend meetings and disseminate regulations within the center.
- Coordinate with other departments in collecting student tuition fees; students transferring courses, changing programs/courses, reserving tuition fees, and refunding tuition fees.
+Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
+ Report work to superiors.
