1. Participate in business/training activities:
– Consulting and designing appropriate financial solutions to complete customers' future plans: Retirement, risk prevention, travel, investment, study abroad,...
– Ensuring service quality through comprehensive care and support of contract procedures, answering questions, complaints and necessary information, to maintain relationships and build reputation, brand 1 Professional consultant.
– Set up effective business plans, ensuring completion of monthly and quarterly targets with effective support from Business Manager and colleagues
– Make personal business reports and propose solutions to improve sales efficiency.
– Actively participate in Training, Coaching, Teamwork activities,... to comprehensively develop your own skills and knowledge. At the same time, promote the spirit of teamwork and support each other at work
2. Customer care
– Ensure service quality, build strong and good relationships with customers.
– Support customers in resolving contract benefits.
– Together with the company, organize customer appreciation workshop programs and customer care services.
Candidate requirements
– Age from 24 – 39
– Graduated from College or higher.
– Priority is given to candidates with experience in the following industries: Insurance, Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Tourism,...
– Good communication and consulting skills to persuade customers.
– Good-looking appearance, professional style, dynamism, enthusiasm and spirit of eagerness to learn and progress in career.
