    Job Description

    Operate programs
    • Organize periodic programs according to plan
    • Organize programs according to contracts with businesses.
    • Report results to DiaB Management and Partner Representatives
    • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI - Key Performance Indicator) of the program
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of the program based on KPIs and each person's role in the program.
    • Present the programs being offered by DiaB to corporate partners or groups or individuals.
    Build the program
    • Implement and develop Lifestyle Change Programs to control weight and Lifestyle Change Programs to prevent chronic diseases.
    • Identify content that needs improvement and work together to improve the way programs operate.
    Health Consulting and Education
    • Carry out health consultation and education for customers directly or online according to established programs.
    • Present content related to the programs in the workshops according to appropriate content.
    Personal development
    • Promote the mission, vision and values of the organization
    • Stay up to date on research and measures for weight control and Chronic Disease Prevention.
    • Advise and share knowledge with colleagues on the latest developments in weight control and Chronic Disease Prevention measures.
    Other
    • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

    REQUIREMENTS

    1. Qualifications and experience
    • Education level: University or higher
    • Major: Nutrition; Nursing; Pharmacist
    • Work experience: ≥ 5 years of experience in healthcare; Manage lifestyle change programs
    1. Knowledge and Skills and Abilities
    • Knowledge of educational services for Weight Loss and Chronic Disease Prevention.
    • Good organizational and patient education skills
    • Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, pay attention to detail and maintain a positive attitude
    • Ability to manage work and prioritize work
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial and legal information
    • Ability to complete job tasks accurately and promptly
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to handle difficult situations involving customers and related colleagues.
    • Time management ability.

    Effective negotiation ability.
