Approach and directly consult primary and secondary schools about the company's educational programs.
Customer data is available, provided by the company.
Understand customer needs to offer appropriate training programs.
Provide detailed information about educational programs, tuition fees and preferential policies.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Manage and take care of customers directly and by phone
Proactively contact and take care of customers after consulting to ensure after-sales effectiveness.
Receive and forward customer feedback to relevant departments promptly and accurately.
Participate in organizing seminars, workshops, one-on-one consultations, or extracurricular activities related to the educational program.
Coordinate with departments and divisions in recruitment campaigns and program promotion.
Plan and implement consulting activities to achieve assigned targets.

Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve educational programs or consulting processes.
Participate in internal training sessions to improve professional knowledge and consulting skills.
Education level
Graduated from High School/College/University, priority given to majors in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Experience
Have at least 1 year of experience working in the field of education, admissions consulting or customer service, sales, consulting.
23-36 years old
Knowledge of international training programs or education systems is an advantage.
Skill
Good mobility by personal motorbike.
Good communication, persuasion and situation handling skills.
Proficient in office computer and customer management tools.
Ability to work independently and work effectively in a team.
Qualities
Dedicated, patient and careful when working with customers.
Ability to learn quickly and be proactive at work.
Good customer service orientation and desire to help others.
Can interview before Tet, support to get job after Tet
Salary: Fixed salary: 13,000,000 - 17,000,0000 VND + Sales bonus.
Probationary period receives 85% salary.
