Job Details
- Receive requests, advise customers on information about airline tickets, advise on ticket conditions, regulations and policies of airlines for customers.
- Book seats, track ticket issuance deadlines, track flight status and inform customers.
- Handle customer requests related to booking and support services such as: online check-in, baggage, ticket change support, ticket refund, meal booking, Visa, Passport, hotel booking,....
- Update airline fare policies and new flight routes to advise and set up itineraries according to customer requests.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to best perform the job.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or higher.
- Dynamic, active, good communication and persuasion. Love consulting work
- Male/Female from 20-45 years old.
- Good-looking, standard voice, gentle, easy to listen to, no lisp, stutter, or dialect...
- Proficient in office software: word, excel
- Ability to use and communicate in English.
- Proficient in using international ticket booking systems such as: GDS (Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo,...), IAG, Tripstack, Farelogix, Travelport, Agentconectbiz and other websites/applications.
- Experience in selling tickets, tours, visas or having studied airline ticket sales, experience in tourism, foreign languages, information technology, business administration is an advantage.

Salary: 8,000,000 VND - 20,000,000 VND per month
